Steps to Reproduce:
- In WP Back-End, go to WP Security > Tools > Custom .htaccess rules
- Add the following rules: https://pastebin.com/39cjBQ0E
- Save, then reload
Current Results:
500 server error. Upon saving, AiO Security converts ” into ", < into > and so on. This breaks the .htaccess and crashes the website.
Expected Results:
Everything should work. I’ve done this on a dozen or so other websites in the past and it used to be fine, so I guess it’s a recent AiO Security update that broke this.
