Update from 5.2.2 leads to white screen of death

Since 5.2.3 every update of AIOS leads to white screen of death. Independent of the WordPress version. Independent of other plugins and their versions. The only thing that helps – overwriting plugin files with 5.2.2 version. Website runs on nginx. PHP 7.4. It’s a change you made in 5.2.3 that causes it. Please help.
