My site is using links in Hebrew, they looks good on the URL but saved something like%d7%aa%d7%a0%d7%95%d7%a4%d7%aa-%d7%9e%d7%aa this is the URL decoded and this cause 403 error, how can I fix this? Is there other option that can cause problems when using non English characters?
