Dear All In One WP Security Support Team,
After investigating the settings of the All In One WP Security plugin, we have identified that enabling the “Enable Advanced Character String Filter” option causes a 403 (Forbidden) error for our website links that contain Persian (Farsi) slugs.
For example, links to articles and products with Persian slugs encounter a 403 error when this option is enabled, and become inaccessible to users and search engines.
By disabling the “Enable Advanced Character String Filter” option, the 403 error issue for Persian URLs is resolved, and access to these links is correctly restored.
Given the importance of keeping security filters active to maintain website security, we would like to inquire if there is a way within the All In One WP Security plugin to keep the “Enable Advanced Character String Filter” option enabled, while avoiding the 403 error for the aforementioned Persian URLs?
For instance, is it possible to create exceptions (Whitelist) for specific URLs or URL patterns within the plugin, so that we can exclude Persian URLs from the “Advanced Character String Filter”?
“For your information, our website is currently running the latest versions of the All In One WP Security plugin, WordPress, PHP, and browser.”
Thank you for your guidance.
