Fatal error wp-security-file-scan.php allocated bytes overly large

We are having problems with the wp-security-file-scan.php creating too large of files for our website whenever we make a change. Attaching the latest produced error which repeatedly reports as line 370

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 314572800 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 23072768 bytes) in /home/path/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall/classes/wp-security-file-scan.php on line 370

Is there a way we can reduce this memory usage aside from turning off the reporting to email completely?
